3D Building Models
We can model existing buildings, which can then be used to develop the design, for presentation purposes and as the basis for Working Drawings.
High levels of details are often needed for listed elements and high level retrofit or refurbishment. Lower levels are best for strip-outs or basic remodelling works.
We can tailor our survey to suit your project requirements , for example picking out key elements to a higher level of detail, identifying certain fixed furnishings or MEP, or focusing on the structural elements in particular.

Considerations for Building Models
You may require specific elements of your project in a different level of detail to that specified for the overall building, for example if certain elements are listed or require more detailed modelling due to renovation works. Other elements may need to be shown but are not the focus of the works and can be shown in a lower detail.
