Licensing (Act) 2003

This act demands a 1:100 scale plan of all licensed premises, and this must show the following:

• Precise extent of the building and it's structure
• Location of kitchen/kitchens
• Location of safety equipment and escape routes
• Location of stages/gaming machines, etc

The last date for submitting your application is 7th November 2005.
